We do not allow Group orders OR "SPREES" - Anyone doing this will not be allowed to order in the future.
Note on Payments: Orders must be paid for within 5 business days. Please if you make an order, at least email to arrange payment with us. If you do not pay within the 5 day period your order will be cancelled.
Remember once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as it is already in the process of being created.

We accept paypal, money order, cashier checks, and regular bank checks. In the near future we will be setting up credit card processing also!
All returned checks will incur a $25 processing fee.

Because of the nature of these items we do not take returns. It is for this reason that we offer samples at a nominal fee. We encourage you to try sample sizes first. Just email us to find out more information!
If you receive a damaged package please do not open it. Please contact us right away so we can initiate the process of replacement or refund through USPS.
If you receive the wrong item, or your item is damaged, please contact us right away to let us know so that we can exchange or refund your item.

Please test all products on a small area before using all over your skin. We are not responsible for misuse of these products. If you know you are allergic to something, please make sure that ingredient is not in our product. Please email us if you have any questions or if there is any ingredients you have allergies to. We provide a detailed ingredient list for all of our products. Please take advantage of our samples before buying full size, if you are not sure.
We cannot be held responsible for misuse of our products.
Allergen Information
As we mentioned above, please if you are allergic to something, do not use the product. If you see an ingredient you are unfamiliar with, you can always email us to find out the source. For instance the lecithin we use is soy based. Some of the types of Vitamin E we use are from wheat. We also use some "nut" based ingredients in our products like argan oil, shea butter, etc..
