Remember once you order, your order cannot be cancelled as it is already in the process of being created.

 NO GROUP ORDERS/SPREES PLEASE! We like to work directly with our customers :) If we know you we may be willing, but contact us first please.

Shipping and Handling Charges

We send an invoice for these separately  as we do not know how much your order will weigh before it is made. Please anticipate this and email if any questions or for an estimate. We will send you an email right before your order is to ship out with the shipping options. Order cannot be shipped without payment of shipping charges.

We do add a small shipping and handling fee on top of the shipping itself. Generally $1 - $3 depending on the size of the order and whether it is international or not. (This is for gas, paper work etc, .. We take all orders to the post office directly)

We usually ship to the address shown on the SHIPPING area of your order, so if you need it shipped to a different address, PLEASE let us know! 

 

A note to those that order via check, money order or email - We only recently found out that we are not informed of these orders a head of time. (They do not send us a confirmation, and they don't put it in the shopping cart orders list)

So if you do order via one of these methods, PLEASE drop us an email to let us know what you ordered. Also so we can let you know the shipping costs before you send us your check or money order. That way it also saves you having to send out two checks. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Hopefully the shopping cart will be upgraded later to accomodate for this.

 

  • We ship all of our skincare products by standard or priority mail. We do not offer UPS or FedEx at this time, sorry.

  • (exception is if customer agrees to take responsibility of it going in an envelope, that if the brush (or glass) does break it is not our liability. (this is why we prefer shipping all brushes in a box)

 

  • If for some reason we are not going to be able to ship within this time, we will email you to let you know.

    • If an order has glass, it will go priority
    • If an order has brushes, it will go priority
    • If an order is going in an envelope, the products will be put in plastic jars/bottles/containers

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will do our best to ship in a flat rate envelope (priority international) but there will be times this is not possible. For instance if your order is too large to fit in the Priority International Flat Rate Envelope.
